We have talked about those farmers with a need for keeping track of all their farming and app information, generally in the form of an excel spreadsheet. Now I don’t want to mention any names (Mountain Mamma, Bill, Sandi) but we all know who they are right? ^_^Maybe keeping track of all that info is too much for the rest of us, but occasionally we all want particular information about something rather specific in Farm Town. To fill the need, way back in the wagon covered days of Farm Town a farmer knows as “JayG” started compiling a data sheet with just about every type of Farm Town info you can imagine. Jay put that data on google docs to make it available to anyone interested and posted this topic and link in the support forum to give folks access to the data and to offer others a way to contribute to the work.
I’m told JayG no longer tends to the Farm Town Data Sheet but was kind enough to pass it on to Slashkey forum member, “damichcoop” who now takes care of the updates and replies to this topic in the forum. damichcoop was kind enough to approve my request to link directly to the data from our website (see Blogroll) and even included Farm Town Weekly in the “Other Resources” section of the data. I do recommend visiting the official Farm Town forum on occasion, if not for information and news then for access to the community of others that enjoy the game along with you. Oh wow, never thought of this. Now I can print it out and put it within eyesight ( just above my 22″ screen ) for any info I need on farming. Thanxs Jethro and Thank-you Damichcoop. (^_^)
I remember starting a spreadsheet to compile crop data but then I found this and thought, why? This thing has about everything I could imagine wanting to know about Farm Town and folks are still contributing. Very nice resource indeed and I’m glad to share it here.
